5 Things Enlightened People Do Everyday

enlightenment

enlightenmentIt is a natural mechanism within the human species to seek growth and self-development.  We all want to be better people.  We also, for the most part, agree that most people have a soul.  According to the teachings of Master Dr. Mitchell Gibson (tybro.com) and many other esoteric schools of thought, the goal of the soul is to become enlightened.  This is one of the reasons why we incarnate over and over; to evolve.  In this article, we provide 5 things that enlightened or spiritually evolved people do on a daily basis.

First, let’s define ‘enlightenment’.  Within the word enlightenment is the word “light”.  Enlightenment can literally be seen as the ability to take in light.  Various disciplines, practices, and occult knowledge aid in the journey to enlightenment as there are many paths to grow spiritually.  Essentially, enlightenment is a state of transcendence that goes beyond physicality.  It is a consciousness  which resonates more closely with our Creator as it sees less separation.  It neutralizes the Law of Polarity and sees One or All.

The following list of things enlightened people do are to serve as an example. These examples, however, can help aid you in setting goals for your life.  The more you strive to consciously live your life implementing the provided insights, the more you will grow and evolve.

5 Things Enlightened People Do Everyday

  1. Find ways to grow.  An enlightened person is constantly doing things to grow mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.  The enlightened knows that there are two things that are guaranteed in this life and that is growth and decay.  As long as one is focused on growing then the Universe can place people and things on the path to help evolve.
  2. Take self-accountability.  Enlightenment is a state where you tend not to blame others for your misfortunes and setbacks. When one completely takes responsibility for their failures, it allows you to be the one to “fix” the problems; not waiting on others to solve your puzzles.
  3. Ease suffering.  According to Buddhism and other schools of thought, Earth is a place of suffering.  We have diseases, poverty, war, violence, etc. on this planet.  An enlightened individual finds ways to make life less painful.  Enlightened people know that suffering is an illusion and one does not have to choose to make life hurtful and/or filled with sorrow.
  4. Helping others.  The more Light you take in, the more Light you can give.  Those who are enlightened love to share light in the form of wisdom, kind words, and actions toward others. To help someone help themselves is one of the greatest acts one can do.  Look at the stories of Jesus, Buddha and other great leaders, real or not, they helped others grow.  The enlightened embodies the idea of “each one, teach one”.
  5. Practice what is preached.  There is usually no inconsistencies between what enlightened people do and say.  One of the signs of a great teacher is one who does exactly what they recommend to others.  This is a level of enlightenment because it’s easier to tell other people what they need to do as opposed to doing what you should be doing.  The enlightened recognizes that self growth is paramount and a byproduct of this evolution is sharing what worked or works for them with others.

It is my will that the insights outlined in this list will provide inspiration for those wanting to evolve to their Highest Self.  Remember, enlightenment and self-development are processes that require commitment for steady growth. Focus your mind on evolving and your mind will  make it a priority to grow then, the Universe will place you in position to do as such.

5 Reasons Why You Should Have an Altar

lakshmi ganesha

An altar is a spiritual and sacred gateway to connect with the gods and ancestors. It has been one of, if not the most, important practices I adopted on my spiritual path. There are countless benefits and reasons why I adamantly suggest having altars in your living space.  This article outlines some important reasons why having altars are beneficial.

If you do not have an altar or would like help on constructing one, I suggest our articles entitled “Altars for Ancestors: How to Setup and Give Offerings” & “How to Burn Ancestor Money on Your Altar

The following list includes benefits that I have personally seen in my life and others.  As always, the best judge is yourself.  Start working with altars and observe your reality.  Has your life changed for the better?  Do you feel more energized?  Are you at peace?  These are some questions you can answer to determine how effective working with altars helps to expand your consciousness and evolve spiritually.

This list applies to gods, goddesses, ancestors or any other beings or energies you want to align with.  The information laid out is general for altars in their entirety.  It is not specific to one form.

5 Reasons Why You Should Have an Altar

  1. Greater connections – An altar is a gateway to connect with different energies (ancestors, deities, angels etc.).  Once you set up an altar and practice offerings and prayers, you form a greater relationship with that which you are already connected to.  The practice of working with the altar amplifies the relationships to make them more personal as opposed to indirect and unintentional.
  2. Better quality of life – There are literally gods and goddesses for every situation and issue in life.  Our ancestors, for the most part, love us and want to help us in our lives.  An altar allows us to experience a greater life because we are connecting with the very energy that manipulates life.  Aligning yourself to gods that “specialize” in a particular area will increase the chance for you to be successful and happy in that which you participate in.
  3. Honoring the ancestors and deities – Since the altar is a gateway to connect with different energies, through prayers, burning ancestor money and offerings you are paying respects and honoring divine and familial beings. Ritual work can be looked at as giving your child or loved one a birthday party. A birthday party usually involves honoring and celebrating someone’s presence.  This is the way altars work when we work with them.
  4. Rising above human thought – Most humans are concerned primarily with that which is physical.  In general, most people think about money, people, and things.  An altar reminds us that there are spiritual aspects of ourselves in the form of gods and goddesses.  An altar reminds us that we are greater than what our society teaches us.  The more you connect with the higher beings, the more you will rise above human limitations.
  5. Being active on your spiritual path; a practice – An altar allows us to practice spirituality as opposed to reading and talking about spiritual, metaphysical, and occult things.  Having a practice, something that you actually do, will generate more things to talk about than you have tongue to speak.

In closing, remember, there are literally countless reasons why altar work can benefit you. Hopefully, the examples above will inspire you to put in work.  Have fun and invoke the energy of love, giving, and compassion.  Peace.

7 Tips to Make Your Ancestor Altar More Powerful

ancestor_altar_3

An ancestral altar is a portal to send energy (offerings) and communication (prayers) to the spirit world.  We all have a bloodline so we have ancestors in the ethers, heavens, or spirit world. These ancestors usually need our help. The altar allows us to assist our loved ones in a safe and productive manner. The intention of this article is to provide tips that will take your altar game to another level.

Putting up an ancestor altar is very easy. Be sure to check out our step-by-step article “Altars for Ancestors: How to Set up and Give Offerings” for easy-to-follow instructions if you do not have an altar set up.  Once you have an altar constructed these tips will help you power it up!

Tips to Make Your Ancestor Altar More Powerful

  1. Daily offerings; consistency – Getting in the habit of giving an offering daily is a ritual that pays off beautifully.  Imagine if you had a friend that gave you something everyday.  Would that friend be a good acquaintance?  This is what you become when you acknowledge your ancestors daily.  They know who is taking care of them so they, in turn, will take care of you.
  2. Offer meat as often as possible – Meat is condensed energy.  This energy can be used by the ancestors in their realm.  It doesn’t matter if you or your loved ones are/were vegetarians.  Remember, they are getting the energy of the offering not eating the physical food.  The energy of meat is strong enough to satisfy the needs of our ancestors.
  3. Burn ancestor money (Joss paper)Ancestor money is a concept that was introduced in the West to many people via Master Dr. Mitchell Gibson (tybro.com). According to Dr. Gibson, our ancestors still have needs in the spirit world.  They also leave debt that trickles down to their living bloodline. Burning ancestor money dissolves their debts, helps them get what they need and want, and provides extra energy for them to assist the living.  See: “How to Burn Ancestor Money on Your Altar
  4. Place altar in most respectful location in your home – Everyone’s living condition is different.  It’s critical that within your home that you find the most respectful place to set up your altar.  This will usually be a living or family room, hallway, spare room, or other dedicated spots.  A key is to maintain a positive vibe around the altar devoid of cursing, drinking, smoking and other secular activities.
  5. Light a candle before you give offerings and burn ancestor money – A candle acts as a doorbell at your altar.  It’s like letting the ancestors know that you are about to give them something.
  6. Show much gratitude – Gratitude is a big thing when dealing with people and our ancestors.  I suggest that we thank the ancestors for what we want and need as opposed to asking.  For example, “thank you for blessing me with more money” instead of asking for more money. Gratitude shows that you appreciate what they can do.  Asking usually comes from a place of lack and desperation.  It’s a mindset thing!
  7. Have mindset of giving instead of receiving – Many people want things and there is nothing right or wrong with that.  The first responsibility of an altar is to take care of the ancestors.  They will take care of you more as a result of your giving.  Do your best to not expect things.  I recommend just being open.  You expect a paycheck from your job after working 40+ hours.  Your ancestor altar is not a job; it’s a practice to take care of your loved ones.
These tips for working with the ancestral altar will step your game up to another level.  Ancestor altars are not a place of worship but more of a partnership between you and those who love you. A properly set up altar and practice will help you connect with the ancestors more than when they were “living” for most of us.  Have fun and enjoy your newly cultivated relationships.

How to Balance Chakras With Crystals

7chakra

Chakras are major energy centers within the body.  We are energy at the core of our being and chakras are the major hubs of this energy. Chakras hold thoughts and emotions so depending on your state of mind, your chakras can become imbalanced in different areas of life.  Using crystals is an easy and affordable way of helping you to balance your chakras.

The easiest way to tell if you are out of balance in a particular chakra is to honestly evaluate your life. Do you have healthy or toxic relationships?  Are you holding on to people from the past? Any unhealthy vices or desires?  Do you have issues of love or hate?  When confronted, do you speak your mind or bite your tongue?  Are you independent or, dependent on other people? These are just a few examples.  Let’s look at each chakra and give major keywords of what each entail.

Chakra Keywords & Colors

Root Chakra – protection, security, home, grounding; red, black

Sacral Chakra – relationships, desire, creativity, sex; orange

Solar Plexus Chakra – ego, willpower, self esteem, personal power; yellow

Heart Chakra – love, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion; green, pink

Throat Chakra – self expression, communication, choices; blue

Third Eye/Brow Chakra – intuition, discerning truth from illusion, psychic powers; indigo, dark blue

Crown Chakra – Source, connection to ALL, higher self; violet, purple, white

The above keywords for each chakra basically covers every area of life.  Now that you know what each chakra entails, you need to know what crystals go with each one.  The easiest way to select crystals for each chakra is to get a crystal or stone that is the same color as the chakra. Red stones will work well with the root chakra.  Orange stones go with the sacral chakra.  Yellow stones vibrate with the solar plexus.  And so on, up to the crown.

The following list will give a few ideas of crystals and gemstones that work with each chakra. Select one for each chakra for a total of 7 stones.  Check out our store for affordable crystals and our “7 Chakra Crystal Set”.

Crystals & Stones for Each Chakra

All linked stones are available in our online store

Root Chakrablack onyx, red jasper, obsidian

Sacral Chakracarnelian, orange calcite

Solar Plexus Chakracitrine, yellow jasper

Heart Chakragreen aventurine, rose quartz

Throat Chakralapis lazuli, blue lace agate, kyanite

Third Eye/Brow Chakraapatite, moldavite, labradorite

Crown Chakraamethyst, apophylite, clear quartz

Every crystal corresponds to a chakra.  Some crystals work well with multiple chakras.  I recommend having a good crystal encyclopedia.  The one I love to use is Judy Hall’s “Encyclopedia of Crystals”.

Be sure to clean each crystal or stone by letting them sit in sea salt for a few hours.  You can also charge them by placing in sunlight for an hour or so.

How to Balance Chakras With Crystals

  • Select 7 crystals – one for each chakra (see above for ideas)

  • Lay down on your back in a comfortable position.  You can place pillow under your head and/or feet to ensure that your back is flat.
  • Place your 7 crystals on each major chakra.  The root chakra crystal will be directly below your feet. The crown chakra crystal is placed right above your head.  Each other crystal can be placed directly on the body (5 chakras).  See picture for placement example
  • Breathe into each chakra for 3-5 minutes.  Focus your mind on each chakra while taking deep breaths. Begin at the root (located in between your anus and genitalia) and work your way up to the crown.  You will spend 3-5 minutes breathing deeply and focusing on one chakra at a time. This process will last for 21-35 minutes depending on how long you are at each point.

Balancing chakras with crystals, focused breath, and thought is a powerful and simple technique that anyone can do.  You may experience tingles or sensations in a few areas.  Pay attention to how you feel.  You may do this practice every day or as regularly as you see fit.

Simple Aromatherapy Bath

CAM00878 (1)

Aromatherapy is an Ancient practice using essential oils extracted from plants and stems. Essential oils are Nature’s medicines.  These oils have been used in Spiritual/Religious ceremonies, for healing sicknesses and chronic disease, for mental clarity and focus, and for beauty.  An aromatherapy bath differs from a Spiritual bath.

An Aromatherapy bath uses essential oils or essential oil infused products like bath salts, oils, and soaps with specific healing properties and benefits for the mind and body.  Aromatherapy baths are suited for healing, meditation, relaxation, change moods, romance, stress relief, to invigorate, and motivate. The list can go on and on.  Essential oils are used for healing; physically, mentally, Spiritually.  You can receive this healing with a simple bath or shower. The purpose of this article is to provide helpful information and tips to indulge and heal yourself in an Aromatherapy bath.

To nourish yourself in a simple aromatherapy bath do one of the following:  Add a few drops of Natural Essential Oils to bath water and allow aromas to fill the space or, use Natural Essential Oil infused products (bath oils, salts, soaps, etc.) and add or use in bath/shower……that simple! While in the bath or shower it is important to breathe deeply and relax.

Be sure to choose an oil with properties to benefit your health and Spirit in an enjoyable scent. There are many oils and many benefits to each one.  It would take days to list all the oils and their healing properties.  Below are some well known oils with a myriad of benefits for aromatherapy healing.

Aromatherapy is an Ancient practice using essential oils for therapeutic purposes. As holistic medicine has become more widespread in the West, aromatherapy has gained increasing popularity.  One does not have to spend hundreds of dollars at a spa or aromatherapy session to indulge in the great myriad of benefits of the practice.  The purpose of this article is to provide some easy aromatherapy you can do at home or anywhere!

Most people are unaware but many medicines, including prescription drugs, contain essential oils. They are not advertised as a part of the product, however, since most would not pay money for things that can be found for free in nature.  For instance, many sleep aids contain lavender essential oils as lavender is a known relaxer and assists with sleep.

Essential oils are added to foods for flavor, bath and body products for scent, and medicines for their healing properties.  Using these oils will enhance your everyday lives in more ways than one.  Many oils have multiple properties, for instance, lavender can be used for sleep, minor cuts and scrapes, burns, as an acne treatment, and the list goes on and on.  Products such as incense, candles, and burning oils can change your mood and the energy of your living space. Bath & body oils and soaps can provide an aromatherapy bath that is sure to refresh your body and mind with each use.  Wonderful for the skin in many ways, those who use essential oil infused bath and body products, have a healthy, natural glow that other products can not provide.

Listed here are a couple of Essential Oils and their healing properties:

Lavender – calms, relaxes, relieves tension, aids in sleep, soothes headaches/migraines, acne treatment, insect bites, helps burns and wounds

Sandalwood – improves memory/concentration, relieves stress, calms, induces more positive thoughts, helps with colds/coughs, soothes irritated skin as well as tones and tightens, aids in digestion, helps heal insect bites, wounds

Eucalyptus – relieves stress, soothes muscle/joint aches, helps with congestion/cough, cooling to body/mind, increases blood flow, reduces fever, insect bites, itchy skin, and inflammation

Vanilla – relieves anxiety/stress, helps with nausea, relaxes, antioxidant, stimulates the nervous system, mental clarity

Practicing aromatherapy is as easy as using any type of Essential oil infused products like incense, candles, soaps, bath & body oils, etc…..all of which will help to rejuvenate and heal your body and mind!

Spirit Mind Vs. Physical Mind

mind

Our spiritual nature is our true identity. The physical body is only a vehicle for the spirit. This ‘vehicle’ allows us to experience many things on a physical level. Spirit is not the physical body, therefore, the spirit cannot be seen by most. When we pass on from the body, or transition, the physical is what dies.  Since we are originally spiritual beings, our spirit is infinite and will forever live on.

In a way, we all have unlimited lives. Those who view themselves as primarily physical beings are the ones who will experience great difficulty in overstanding that our true self is our spiritual essence.  And, we all have the ability to be godlike. The purpose of this article is to break down the differences between the Spirit Mind and the Physical Mind.

Let’s take a deeper look at the conscious part of the mind or, the ‘physical’ mind. The physical is our lower self spiritually. It deals with the root, sacral, and solar plexus Chakras. Many who are very rational and always using logic to try to prove a point are definitely vibrating from the physical mind. Our physical self is our lower self, which many call our dark side or shadow self. The physical side of us is that which is attracted to materials, money, desires (physical), attachments (physical), conditional love, and social aspects including groups, religions, labels, etc.

Our egoic self is associated with the physical mind.  Able to take in around 40 bits of information per second, the physcial mind operates off of nature and uses the five senses (see, hear, smell, taste, touch) to make sense of the happenings in the world around us.  If these faculties cannot offer an explanation for the occurences, many will discredit or reject what it is they are ‘seeing’ or ‘feeling’. The left side of the brain is associated with the physical mind and is connected to our physicality.  For this reason, the physical mind sees limitations.

In contrast, the ‘Spirit’ mind is essentially the true essence of and in all of us. This mind is related to the subconscious.   It is this part of the mind that holds all the answers to our soul questions.  Shown in the right side of the brain, herein lies the connection to our spirituality. Many who have a hard time making sense of things but, accept that they exist without physical proof, are definitely resonating in the spiritual mind.  For example, oxygen, atoms, and gravity exist, we just can’t see them.

The spiritual mind works from the sixth sense, or 1st sense, which is our spirit sense or intuition.  This ‘mind’ averages 4 billion bits of information per second. It is from this mind that the power and abilities to heal the physical body are found. It is from this mind that we find our higher selves or god self.  The spiritual mind is associated with the throat, brow/3rd eye, and crown Chakras.

Allowing us to control and manipulate our physical minds, the spiritual mind is our true essence and Spirit.  It’s the side of us or ‘mind’ that lets us know that we are all connected regardless of race, sex, beliefs, ego, religion, and ideologies. When one is tapped into the spiritual mind, one will realize that death is only the rebirth.  One will become Metaphysical, which is the study of everything beyond the physical.  The spiritual mind sees no limitations.

Seeing 11:11 on a Spiritual Path

10646685_1461500154112003_958096580115395516_n

There are many individuals, on a conscious or spiritual path, who have experienced seeing the number sequence 11:11 on different occasions and in a multitude of ways.  This number sequence has been seen on clocks, in addresses, license plates, bank statements, etc. It is also typical to see a series of numbers that will add up to 11. For many, who see this pattern, it is more than just a coincedence.

Those who have studied numerology, are aware the number 11 is considered a master number and a very spiritual number.  Eleven is a bridge or connection between our conscious and unconscious realms or the spiritual and physical realms.  When one observes the number 11, one will notice the space in between the ones, which is considered a portal.  To those individuals on a spiritual path, observing the number 11, in patterns or sequences, can be the sign or confirmation of spiritual awakening.  There can be many different theories of what the true meaning or significance of seeing the numbers 11:11 entails.  The purpose of this article is to offer an enlightened perspective on the repeating numbers phenomenon so many are currently experiencing.

The universe communicates with us in a myriad of ways and numbers are a Universal language and considered an aspect of the Creator or Source. Whenever one observes repeating numbers or sequences, be sure to be conscious of the thought that is in your mind at that moment.  Simply stop what you may be doing and recognize the moment, thoughts, and the significance to you. There is a window opening up in your life when you have recurring experiences of seeing the numbers 11:11 so pay attention to your thoughts and also to your surroundings.

In moments the time, or numbers 11:11 are noticed, one should make a wish and know it will come true.  As previously discussed, a connection between the spiritual and physical worlds comes through this portal, so basically anything can be manifested from the spiritual into the physical and the number 11 resonates with this energetic connection.  It should be accepted as a confirmation from the universe!

Observing the 11:11 number sequence is basically the universe speaking to you. Numbers are a way for the spirit world to communicate with us.  The meaning, or significance, of this pattern will rely solely on the individual.   Be sure to go with your intuitions or gut feelings.  For those who are experiencing the 11:11 phenomenon, be happy and proud of yourself for its a sign from your soul, or higher self.  The universe, or whatever one chooses to label the Source, is confirming that everything is in alignment with your thoughts and paths and that YOU are exactly where YOU need to be in life, in the moment, and time.

7 Things to Expect on Any Spiritual Path

spiritualpath

Congratulations!  You are awake in this reality.  You have decided to grow spiritually.  You are making enlightenment your number one priority. Now, what?  What can you expect on your path now that you are consciously walking it?  This article will outline some things that most people experience on the path of enlightenment and spiritual growth.

To make the choice to grow spiritually is one of the greatest things any human can do.  There are many paths to the Creator or Source.  We are blessed with a number of disciplines and practices on this planet. When one awakens you will be lead to a study and practice.  This article is not about telling you what to do but, more of what to expect from yourself and others.

The goal is to minimize any roadblocks and difficulties and to go deeper within yourself at all cost. The deeper you go within the more you will discover about yourself.  This is your true self. Your true self overstands that the Ego or Physical Mind is an illusion and the main culprit for steering one away from seeking Light. Trust in your Higher Self to guide you in the direction of steady growth.

7 Things to Expect on Any Spiritual Path

  1. Judgement from others.  People usually judge and critique you from how you use to be.  Until you fully embrace what you are doing, expect judgement and doubt from others.
  2. Loss of material things.  The definition of spiritual is opposite of physical. Therefore, growing spiritually means to lose material things. You can gain back the losses and more once you learn this lesson.
  3. Lack of trust.  When awakening spiritually you realize you were lied to about a myriad of things.  This usually causes doubt and lack of trust of others.  This is also a temporary emotion and mindset.
  4. Loss of friends and/or family.  Raising your vibration means that non-complimentary vibrations will not be around you.  Many times you will grow apart from old friends and even close family members.  The Universe always fills this void with more conducive energies (people).
  5. Desire to read or watch alternative information.  Another common thing you may experience is to listen to and read information that pertains to metaphysics and spirituality.  This is because your Soul is waking up to remembering things it forgot.
  6. Being drawn to nature.  Nature is natural.  You may be attracted to parks, oceans, rivers, stars, planets, crystals, trees, animals or any other natural resource.  It is natural to be in tune with nature.
  7. Different types of dreams.  The dreamstate is the intersection between the physical and spiritual realities.  When you awaken on a spiritual path you will be given different information from your soul.  It will tell you higher things because you are traveling a higher road.
Regardless of where you are on your path, there is light at the end of the tunnel. The spiritual path may be more difficult than living an ordinary life but it is infinitely more awarding.  Walk in faith and strength.

Simple Spiritual Bath

easyspiritualbath

Spiritual baths are an age old practice dating back to Ancient times and wide-ranging across virtually all cultures.  Used in various religions and spiritual teachings as a means to “cleanse” or purify the non-physical bodies and mind, these baths vary from specific purpose to ingredients.  There are many different types of spiritual baths and reasons to engage in the practice.  Many people practice spiritual bathing for its use in rituals and/or aura cleansing. Spiritual baths are known to aid in the removal of negativity from one’s personal energetic field or aura.

Spiritual bathing, as a means to ‘clear’ one’s aura, has become increasingly popular in Western society over the last decade  in ‘holistic’ healing practices.  A trip to a spa or retreat is not necessary to enjoy the benefits of spritiual bathing and it does not have to be a complicated process.  Finding a spiritual bath that resonates with your being can be an overwhelming process due to the varying information found during research.  As with most things, simple is the way to go!  The purpose of this article is to provide an easy, straightforward approach to spiritual bathing.

Spiritual baths help to cleanse the aura from the ‘dirt’ of everyday life that consciously, or unconsciously, seeps into our energetic being.  Engaging in this practice, on a regular basis, is beneficial in helping to maintain a “clear” aura, free from as much negative energies as possible. We pick up these energies all day long as we go about our daily lives.  There is no wonder why we feel the build-up of these outside energies at the end of the day.  For this reason, many find it difficult to unwind and release the stress or negative energies that surround our being.  Spiritual bathing removes the grime that sticks into the aura and helps to relieve the negativity and stress it causes.  Feeling less bogged down from the counteractive forces previously in the aura, positivity, free and light feelings, and clearer thinking are ususally the result of the cleanse.

Because these baths are spiritual in nature, they differ from regular baths and there are some guidelines one can follow to ensure the most beneficial experience.  With all things spiritual, a positive mind set with proper intention and focus is a must!  Be sure to induce this state of mind prior to the bath with breathing(a few slow deep breaths), meditation, nature sounds, music, etc.

Listed below are a couple of items you will need and 7 simple steps to spiritual bathing.

Ingredients:  (use as much of any one of the following as desired)

  • Sea Salt
  • Epsom Salt
  • Baking Soda

  1. Run desired amount of water and add salt/soda
  2. Candles and/or Incense (optional)

  4. Clear your mind, focus on the intention and enter the bath
  5. Keep this mindset as you relax…….(here you can sit up, lay back, submerge, etc.)
  6. After at least 15 minutes and no more than 30, exit the bath (it is best to air dry, or you can use white/light colored towel)
  7. Enjoy the light, refreshed feeling and clear Aura
Our auras are a light show of our individual personalities, emotions, and tell a lot about us. Spiritual bathing can become a daily practice or ritual to ensure your aura is as clean as your physical body and is just as easy!
